LAUNDRY CARD INSTRUCTIONS
**Laundry Room located to the right of stairwell by A/B Building mailboxes
NEW Laundry Cards not previously used by another tenant
Go online to register the card under your name and add value to the card.
- · Click the top right link on the page “ADD FUNDS TO YOUR LAUNDRY CARD”.
- · Register and create you credentials by clicking “New Customer, Click to Register”.
- · Once you have an account, you can login and add new funds to your card using a Visa, Mastercard or Debit card.
- · Note that your location CVA (Cash Value Adder) is “7”
- · Once registered, each time you add funds you will get a new PIN code either by text or e-mail.
- · Bring your laundry card to the (CVA) Card Value Adder machine located in the laundry room and insert it into the machine. Enter your 10-digit PIN code that you received and your funds are now stored on the laundry card.
Existing/Used Laundry Cards that was used by previous tenant
You must re-register the card with Lakeside Laundry. To do so, you must CALL LAKESIDE LAUNDRY in order to remove the previous tenant from the card and add yourself as the card holder. After re-registering with Lakeside, follow the instructions above as if it is a new card.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON USE OF MACHINES:
- · You must use HE (High Efficiency) low-suds detergent. Using any other type or regular detergent that does not say “HE” on it will cause a huge issue for you.
- · Any washer, dryer or CVA will display your card balance by inserting it into the card reader.
- · Supervise your laundry and do not leave completed washes in the washer/driers for more than 20 minutes as others may want to use the machines.
